After having gained a major market penetration in Europe we are now expanding our business to North America.

Therefore we are now looking for brave-hearted co-workers who want to be part of our business journey through our new engcon North America sales office. The location is our office in North Haven.

» Lead Generator/ Ambassador

  • Responsible for working as part of a team to support with growing book of business in prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads to meet business plans and company objectives
  • Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools
  • Ability to use a consultative approach to determine customer needs, build rapport and provide solutions based on current products and service offerings
  • 2+ years’ experience working in a sales environment
  • Experience in the excavator business is a bonus
  • Making outbound calls
  • Positive attitude
  • Good work ethic
  • Team player
  • Traveling is involved
  • 75% of time would be prospecting
  • 25% of time would be supporting the salescompany / networking
